Road Trip
South Carolina, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Tennessee
After 7 hours of driving, we arrived at a hotel where we spent the night there after a long day. The next morning was planned for another 8 hours of driving, and after a total of 15 hours of constant driving from state to state, we finally arrived in Charleston, South Carolina.
Charleston, South Carolina...
After some long driving, we were all tired and hungry. We planned a night's dinner at the restaurant, "Chasing Sage." The restaurant was located in a peaceful, settled area, with many modern and old-fashioned houses surrounding it. I really admired the name of the restaurant; it was really unique. At the end of all the eating, I noticed many of the dishes included lots of healthy greens, vegetables, and avocados.

The food was absolutely fantastic and delicious! They came in small portions, and had a very nice visual presentation as well.
We started off with some bread, went really well with the different kinds of sides!

The dumpling dish had mushroom and moose inside as a filling, and small pieces of diced corn was sprinkled on top. It had a great rich flavor!

This dish had a delicious piece of meat centered in the middle! Topped with fresh herbs.

This tomato tart dish was a nice healthy treat! it was covered in herbs and had a nice crusty tart!

A nice tart with avocado ice-cream, sprinkled with nuts!

Butter bean humus delight! Lots of fresh seasoning and herbs too.

Some yummy dessert with ice-cream and fruit.
Yorktown,
Visiting aircraft carrier ship...

Exploring the aircraft carrier ship was amazing. We got to check out some of the jets on the ship, and read about the history of the aircrafts and its giant ship. It was also very interesting how the people living on the ships did their job. Despite to mention, many, and all of them slept on small beds in while engines made noisy sounds. Their food was simple, and the spaces were tight up in the rooms.
Peek of Charleston...

Beautiful town and area! The first image is the amazing pineapple fountain. This exotic fruit is a symbol of hospitality. Around town, you can see a lot of pineapple related things in stores and clothing shops.
Zero Restaurant & bar...
The food adventures are NOT over! We went to probably the best restaurants so far during our trip, check it out!

Hershey Chocolate Factory...
Visiting the Hershey Chocolate Factory (Hershey, Pennsylvania) was just spectacular. We learned about the history of the Hershey making and watched a Hershey Chocolate 4-D movie! The place was like a chocolate universe. Best part was making our own Hersheys chocolate!

The Biltmore Estate
I was very eager to explore the biggest mansion in the USA! In North Carolina, we got a change to explore the huge house of the Vanderbilt's (one of Americas Richest Families). It took almost 30 minutes just to get to the gate and walk over!

Smokey Mountain...
To end this small road trip, I had a blast climbing the Smokey Mountain in Tennessee. It was a nice morning; no hot sun, lots of mist, and very cool weather.
